Subprocessors
Yemoko LLC uses the ten providers below to run the service; each may process personal data that customers store in Yemoko. Six are used for every customer or whenever a feature is used. Flutterwave, CinetPay, TaxJar and vatlayer are used only when a customer enables them. Flutterwave and CinetPay are how Yemoko customers in Africa accept mobile-money and local card payments.

Services that are not subprocessors
These services touch Yemoko but receive no customer personal data:
- Exchange-rate feeds (Frankfurter and the open currency-api). Yemoko downloads daily currency rates and sends only currency codes.
- Receipt text recognition (OCR). It runs on Yemoko's own servers with open-source software (Tesseract). Receipt images are not sent to any outside service.
Changes to this list
Yemoko gives at least 30 days' notice before a new subprocessor starts processing customer personal data.
- Yemoko updates this page and emails the owner of each company account.
- A customer may object in writing to support@yemoko.com within those 30 days, on reasonable data-protection grounds.
- Yemoko will try to resolve the objection, for example by keeping the new provider away from that customer's data. If it cannot, the customer may stop using the affected feature or cancel the subscription.
If a provider must be replaced urgently (for example after a security incident or a provider shutting down), Yemoko may give shorter notice and will explain why.
